Part Replacement
For All Our Customers:
If some parts are broken or lost during the assembly, we can offer you part replacement service.
Please fill out this form and We will collect the customer’s replenishment information uniformly and ship the goods once a week.
Replacement parts that are damaged during assembly will be charged a replacement shipping fee.
Please Note:
If you find any missing or damaged parts when you open the product package(s), we are happy to replace them for free.
However, if any parts are damaged during assembly, we recommend that you first try to repair the damaged part with glue – in most cases, this should be enough to fix the problem. If the part(s) are not easily repairable or have been lost, please feel free to contact us for a replacement. You only need to pay for shipping, and your new part(s) will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
